Colleges and Universities Attended Outside the United States

International Student Certification of Financial Support

Using the statement of financial support from within the 在线申请人门户网站, international students must also submit a statement of financial support from the applicant's bank showing acceptable funds on account to support tuition and living expenses while studying at BW.

Candidates for the MPH program may be asked to connect with faculty within the department of public health and prevention science to discuss this program and their goals to pursue a career in public health. The admission committee will contact candidates to schedule these discussions once application and supporting credentials have been received.

When applying for admission to the 公共卫生硕士 program, candidates are asked whether they have ever been found guilty of a misdemeanor or felony that was not expunged or sealed. Candidates with a criminal record that has not been expunged or sealed are not eligible for enrollment in the MPH program at 鲍德温华莱士大学. All students who enroll in the MPH program are required to complete both a civilian and a federal background check through the Bureau of Criminal Identification & 调查(BCI&I). Forms and details will be provided to all students who qualify for admission to the program. Although students with an expunged record may be eligible for enrollment and practicum placement in BW's MPH program, an expunged or sealed record may impact a student's eligibility to qualify for a professional license following completion of the program. Eligibility for a professional license such as Certified Public Health (CPH) is assessed by the professional licensing board.
